Love Notes to rural LGBTQ youth community art project
The Westford Common Hall art gallery currently features “love notes” from community members to our LGBTQ youth letting them know that they are beautiful, loved, and perfect, and that they are wanted, needed, and valued in Westford and in all our rural Vermont communities. We hope that they seek adventure of the best kind, but we want them to know that they will always have a hometown to come back to.
The notes are a public, brief, love-filled, affirming message displayed, in collaboration with local artist Amber Haller, on our gallery walls. For information on when the gallery is open for viewing, email info@westfordcommonhall.org.
Would you like to use the Westford Common Hall to host your next family gathering, display your art exhibit, or for a concert or public event?
